Services industry has a significant impact on the level and quality of life in a society. The author analyses service as an integral part of a commercial policy, for example, in the salon business. The triple role of an individual in the process of offering a service makes the regular practice a complex undertaking. The paper examines the effective implementation of service strategies in the long-term plan for the salon businesses.
