Bridge construction as an element of urban public space

In modern times, construction projects related to public space and its change are becoming a lot of attention of residents of large cities. In this regard, the construction of a new bridge within the city limits is relevant for residents of the municipality of the city of Perm. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the coordination of issues related to changes in public space by local authorities with the urban population. Achievement of a unified approach for municipalities to coordinate changes in public space with its population. The basis of the methodological research of the article is based on the evolutionary analysis, as well as on the analysis of the functional-spatial organization of urbanistic loci (objects with spatio-temporal stability, an important position in the structure of the city, a key socially significant function). The positive results obtained include the fact that public spaces play an important role in the life of the urban population. Territories of public space need increased control on the part of city management, a well-thought-out concept of their development to ensure that the interests and needs of citizens of various social groups are met.
