The structure of foreign language communicative competence

The article presents different views on the interpretation of the concept of foreign language communicative competence. It also considers the issue about its content structure and justifies and proposes the structure, which includes three levels: linguistic, speech and professional. The author comes to the conclusion that the proposed structure is adequate to the content of foreign language education in high school.
