The article presents the results of taking into account the temperature regimes of water in installation of closed water supply (ICWS), as well as the analysis of morbidity and mortality in infectious pathology caused by opportunistic microflora among sturgeons, on the basis of which the pattern of occurrence of pathologies in closed conditions is revealed. The microbiome composition of all stages of circulating water purification in the ICWS used in sturgeon rearing was determined using metagenomics methods. The scientific substantiation of the effect of the correction of seasonal biorhythms, the microbial structure in the ICWS system on the incidence of sturgeon pseudomonosis is presented. During the taxonomic analysis of the obtained libraries, the most prevailing dominants of microbial communities were identified. When conducting pairwise comparisons of similar cleaning phases in specific tanks, specific taxa were established. The data obtained demonstrate an important phenomenon: differences in the structure of microbiomes both between the phases of water purification within the same tank and between similar indicators at different temperature conditions, which emphasizes the importance of microbiota analysis in industrial aquaculture, since its effect may be significant on the health and productivity of farmed fish.
