The structure of organizational and pedagogical support for the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign cadets of a military university

Russian military universities are attracting increasing interest in foreign countries. The article presents data confirming an active research interest in the problem of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students, its impact on educational success. The author proves the need to develop a comprehensive system of organizational and pedagogical support for the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign cadets and presents its structure, which includes two main blocks: organizational and managerial and pedagogical proper. The article describes such areas of the organizational and managerial block of ensuring socio-cultural adaptation as: strategic, structural and personnel, regulatory and marketing support. The article presents the characteristics of such areas of the pedagogical block of ensuring socio-cultural adaptation as: information-theoretical, methodological and psychological-pedagogical support.
