The article deals with the occurrence of complications and extragenital pathology in pregnant women. The analysis was performed according to individual cards of pregnant women, health history and childbirth. In order to identify isolated night hypertension used ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. It was found that 72 % of pregnant women have extragenital pathology.
