The author considers the problem of pedagogical culture as a multifaceted structure of formation of future teachers. The object of research in the article is the structure of pedagogical culture of the teacher within the educational process. The author reveals and analyzes the role of the structure in the formation of the culture of pedagogical activity as one of the most important conditions of effective and high-quality educational and labor activity of the teacher.
