Topical issues of pedagogical axiology are discussed. The problems of the content of values of future Music teachers at the present level of education development are discussed. Four interrelated components that form the structure of professional values of the music department students at a teacher training college: motivation, activity, axiological and social are described. These components are believed to accurately reflect the specifics of the future profession and encourage professional and personal formation of a Music teacher in the context of the new generation of educational standards.
