On the basis of a theoretical analysis and experimental research, the article considers the professiographic approach to the study of the activities of Navy leadership specialists. The author constructs psychograms and blocks of professionally significant qualities of various specialists in the sphere of administration. The qualities determined are deemed necessary for all categories of Navy leadership specialists.
