The effect of audiogenic epileptimorphic convulsive paroxysms and immunosuppressive doses of Cyclophosphamidum on the cellular structure, blood vessels and synapses of the sensorimotor cortex in rats of the Krushinsky - Molodkina line for low limit of convulsive brain activity that have been studied by light-optical, histochemical and electro microscopic methods. It was established that after 15-fold rare (on the third day after 2 days) convulsive paroxysms, the number of hyperchromic wrinkled neurons and death neurons increased, hyperchromic and hypochromic neurons, glial cells in layers III-IV; the number of capillaries per 1 mm2 of neuropil and the length of functionally active blood capillaries in mm/mm3 in layers I-III decreased; The numerical density of synapses in the first layer decreased due to symmetric and asymmetric, flat, medium and small interneuron contacts, the number of tinny, large and very large synapses increased. Contacts prevailed with the height of dense projections of more than 60 nanometers...
