Structural and semantic organization of choreographic terminology in Russian based on gallicisms and French barbarisms)

The paper deals with the issue of lexical semantic structuring of the terminology of classical dance in the Russian language. The material is described by correlating the concepts of "loan words", "foreign language words", "assimilation criteria". Characteristic features of the semantic structure of choreographic Gallicisms are presented. A possibility to include French-speaking barbarisms into the Russian language system is determined. As a result, the main lexical semantic groups of choreographic terms connected with types of dance, dance techniques are revealed. An analysis of semantiс and derivational assimilation of some Gallicisms is carried out, and possibility of semantic development of some choreographic terms in Russian is also determined.
