In the simulation of opisthorchiasis in rabbits, adult males, 50 metacercarial invasion of Opisthorchis felineus in 1 month and 1 week, histological examination of the liver cells. Servings of meat fish (Dace) larvae fed animals after 1 month and 1 week confirmed well-established invasive detection of trematode eggs using the Kato-Miura, after which animals were taken from experiment. The micro specimens hematoxylin-eosin, examined by light microscopy, morphometry of hepatocytes and macrophages liver - Kupffer cells. The aim of the study was to determine the peculiarities of the structure of hepatocytes and Kupffer cells in the acute phase of opisthorchiasis. For this I measured the cells and their structures, identify differences from the norm in comparison. It is established that hepatocytes can be divided on structural grounds into three groups, the first modified form, the second dual-core cells, the third with multiple structural changes. Compared with the control, they differed a lot size of 1,76 times, a large nucleolus size of 1,33 times, altered tinctorial properties, compared to the norm. Also conducted cross-group comparative analysis. Classic lobe of the liver was observed the absence of many of the Kupffer cells. Only a few Kupffer cells at the edge of the dilated sinusoidal spaces. The dimensions of the nuclei saved Kupffer cells more normal values of 1,18 times. The shape of the sinusoidal spaces modified, extended, with fine oxyphilic collagen fibrils in the gaps. Such changes of the hepatocytes and Kupffer cells we treated as structural changes associated with hypoxia and intoxication caused by acute phase of Opisthorchis felineus invasion. Changes in the sinusoidal spaces of the classical lobules of the liver regarded as the beginning of fibrosis of the liver, but not from the connective tissue of portal tracts, and the space of disse sinusoidal vessels.
