Structural components of the methodological competence of university teachers in inclusive education

In the article research of methodical competence of university teachers in conditions of inclusive education and description of its structure that consists of 3 components (motivational, cognitive, organizational and practical) are depicted. This structure demonstrates the integrity of methodical competence of teachers in conditions of inclusive education and objective dialectic connection between its components. Theoretical research shows that development of methodical competence of teachers in conditions of inclusive education must be a dedicated process, whose effectiveness provides a successful transition of universities to creation of the inclusive educational environment as the main factor of development of inclusive education in our country.
