The article analyzes two little-known literary works, attracting not by their artistic merit, but direct evidence of life of Russian youth in the years before the Revolution. The paper notes the biographies of the authors - A.V. Chemodanova and M.M Spasovskiy - who not only co-produced and edited the student magazine “Spring Waters” (“Veshnie Vody”), but also were a married couple.
