The scientific article analyzes the current legislation, materials of law enforcement practice, as well as doctrinal sources on the problem of determining the subject of enforcement of court decisions on claims for compensation and compensation for damage caused by illegal actions (inaction) of state authorities. Some controversial aspects of law enforcement practice in this area are identified, recommendations and proposals for the application of relevant legal norms are formulated.
