The Subject of Law Enforcement Activities in the Context of Transdiscursive Psychology

Introduction. It is necessary to develop a new (transdiscursive) methodology of legal psychology and psychology of security, which provides building an interactive form of communication between representatives of the government and management with the population, which is open, pro-social, oriented to the protection of public interests, maintenance of sustainable public order, protection of citizens' rights and freedoms. The objective is to describe the subject of law enforcement activity and characteristics of its continuous interaction with different groups of society within the framework of the concept of transdiscursive psychology. Materials, Results and Discussion. Under analysis is the trend of constant complication of the legal system of the state, emergence of new threats to public security associated with active introduction in all aspects of life of modern society of digital systems, leading to the appearance and development of methods for information and psychological protection from hybrid threats based on discursive technologies. The activity of power structures trying to control the level of subjectivity of society as a whole and its individual active members is considered against the background of the naturally growing need of society for subjectivity, openness and transparency in interaction with power. The potential of transdiscursive psychology is revealed in order to improve law enforcement activities on the basis of realization of subjectivity of law enforcement officers. Conclusions. It is proved necessary to develop theory and practice of transdiscursive psychology of law enforcement activity, which will ensure the response to modern challenges of functioning of legal system of the state and legal discourse.
