The subject of family violence: causes and consequence

The Article is devoted to some issues of casual relationships development that influence on forming the criminal personality, in particular the subject of family violence, regardless its gender and age. The author gives the characteristics of the criminal’s personality, who commits domestic violence, critically assesses the changes that have occurred in the criminal law, makes suggestions to prevent crimes committed in the family.
