Subject-environmental paradigm of building psychological practice in a higher education institution

This contribution is devoted to the studying process of personality development under the conditions of subject-environmental paradigm of building psychological practice in a higher education institution. The article authors come to the conclusion that the formation of psychological stability of personality is a complex task within the framework of subject-environmental paradigm. For its solution in the conditions of a higher education institution various psycho-techniques aimed at the formation of separate features and capacities of personality have to be used and that contributes to the creation of developing educational space in a higher education institution. It allows approbating various ways of involving student youth in different kinds of social and personal-meaningful activity, interpersonal interaction and cognition.
