Subjective part of the provision of anti-legal influence on the result of the official sports competition

The article discusses the characteristic features of the subjective side of the offenses set forth in Art. 184 of the Criminal Code, in the light of recent changes in legislation. It is concluded that the provision of unlawful influence on the result of the official sporting competition is possible only with direct intent and with a characteristic goal, and the presence of the goal does not prevent the corpus delicti from being formal. The problems of qualifying crimes, the responsibility for which is provided for in Art. 184 of the Criminal Code, including indicated the highest degree of their latency.
