Subjective well-being of employees as part of corporate culture: sociological and managerial aspect

The article describes the problem of managing the subjective well-being of employees. At the same time, the most favorable environment for the formation of a positive result is a corporate culture based on the principles of support and assistance, within which interaction between the employee and the employer takes place. In this case, the priority of the study is aimed at one of its components, namely the employee’s personality culture. The article presents an analysis of the subjective well-being of employees of groups of companies in the aviation services sector through the corporate culture of the individual. Criteria characterizing the subjective well-being and corporate culture of an individual have been identified, and the factors to be assessed have been substantiated. Data from a survey of employees in the relevant field over time for 2022 and 2023 are presented. The indicators that are most significant for employees have been identified and interpreted. Their content and interrelation are substantiated, and possible reasons for the distribution of respondents’ answers are described. Proposals have been formulated for further influence on current indicators aimed at increasing the level of subjective well-being of employees. The prospects and advantages of systematic management of the subjective well-being of employees are presented and revealed.
