Subjective signs of theft under the legislation of the Russian Federation

The article examines the subjective signs of theft under the legislation of the Russian Federation, which include the subject and the subjective side. The analysis showed that the subject of a criminal offense such as theft under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is a sane individual who, at the time of committing a criminal offense, has reached the age from which criminal responsibility begins, that is, 14 years. On the subjective side, theft is usually characterized by guilt in the form of intent. The analysis of the subjective side of theft showed that the obligatory sign of the subjective side is a selfish motive and purpose.
