Subject-object formation as a structural element of administrative relationship

This article deals with the fact that currently in the conditions of rapid development of digitalization of the society the legal regulation of the new relations arising in connection with this is clearly insufficient. The scientific and technical process poses new tasks for science, including administrative law. In particular, it is necessary to revise the structure of the administrative legal relationship in connection with the appearance of the term «artificial intelligence». The rationale for singling out a new structural element of an administrative legal relationship is presented, as a subject-object formation.
