Young learners’ subjectivity while learning foreign languages: nuclear and peripheral characteristics

The article focuses on the issue of young learners’ subjectivity while learning foreign languages. The age boundaries of young learners’ school age are considered. It also attempts to determine a modern portrait of primary school student. The author singles out the peculiarities of young learners’ subjectivity, its nuclear and peripheral characteristics while learning foreign languages.
