Subjects of legal expertise of regulatory legal acts

This article examines one of the effective methods of improving the quality of legal regulation - the examination of legislation. The authors draw attention to the lack of a unified approach to the definition of the concept of "expertise of legislation". Classifications of subjects of legal expertise of normative legal acts are presented and characterized. An attempt has been made to formulate the requirements for a legal expert. The urgency of the adoption of the federal law "On the examination of Legislation" is emphasized.
