The authors have estimated the pathogenicity of isolates in Fusarium oxysporum var. orthoceras (App. et Wr.) Bilai and F. sporotrichiella var. sporotrichioides (Sherb.) Bilai during cultivation their mycelium on different substrates and also estimated toxicity of cultural filtrates of fungi pathogenic for sunflower plants of the VNIIMK 8883 variety and the Kubanskii 931hybrid. It was shown that during the creation of infectious background on the basis of fungi isolates in F. oxysporum var. orthoceras and F. sporotrichiella var. sporotrichioides preferably to use the sunflower seeds as cultivation substrate. At that more high toxicity and pathogenicity in studied fungi species are retained.
