In the present article, following up upon the study on the procedural law issue of medical sterilization, the author analyses a number of the most interesting cases of the judicial practice in the countries embraced by the Anglo-Saxon law family (i. e. the Commonwealth of Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America) with respect to the topic of research.
