Judicial power of Russia: genesis and evolution

The judiciary in the Russian Federation is one of the branches of state power, along with the legislative and executive, its bodies enjoy relative independence, and exercise state power. Courts, as organs of state power, called upon to administer justice, are the main means of protecting the violated rights of individuals and legal entities. Therefore, it is very important to improve the judicial system and analyze its structure. The article reveals the main provisions of judicial reform and theoretical aspects of legal science on the constitutional foundations of the judiciary.
