Forensic linguistic examination of cases of abuse considered by a justice of the peace

The theoretical and practical aspects of the judicial production of linguistic expertise in cases of insult, are considered employed in expert practice approaches, their analysis is given. The article presents lexical and phraseological units that may be offensive, examines affirmative statements of an offensive nature that may be the subject of legal proceedings. Statements are opposed to assumptions, opinions, beliefs, and value judgments that are not subject to judicial protection.
