The article attempts to disclose the medical and legal criteria for forensic psychiatric examination in civil proceedings, which can be carried out in various procedural and legal actions. Along with procedural control, the classification of procedurally conducted forensic psychiatric experts is carried out, depending on the procedural cases considered and resolved by the courts.
