Court costs in the arbitration process

This article discusses the specifics of the regulation of court costs in the arbitration process, and compares different points of view regarding the understanding of this type of costs. The types of court costs, as well as their legislative consolidation, are highlighted and considered in detail. In the course of the study, it was revealed that there are cases when the plaintiff in the process of filing a claim to the court, due to judicial discretion, receives a decision to recover from himself court costs that exceed the amount of damage caused. As a result, we carried out an analysis of the effectiveness of imposing court costs and proposed options to improve their productivity.
