Court costs in civil proceedings

The article analyzes the institution of court costs in civil proceedings, including their composition, the order of distribution between the parties, as well as the problems of law enforcement and the prospects for the development of this institution. Special attention is paid to the issues of compensation for legal support costs, state fees and other costs associated with the consideration of the case in court. An analysis of judicial practice and current legislation has revealed the most pressing problems.
