The article describes the peculiarity of the procedural procedure for judicial protection of the rights of legal entities as subjects of property turnover in the implementation of state control (supervision) over their activities by authorized bodies of state power and their officials. A brief analysis of the specifics of the provisions of the legislation regulating this sphere of public relations, necessary to take into account the resolution of emerging conflict-of-laws issues.
