Litigation in arbitration courts: trends towards professionalization in the COVID-19 period

The article examines the place of arbitration courts in the system of courts of the Russian Federation. The article examines the main normative acts that establish the principles, objectives, structure of arbitration courts and the procedure for their activities. The specificity of the functioning of arbitration courts is analyzed, the problems of application of the legislation on legal proceedings in arbitration courts in the conditions of restrictive measures are considered.
