This article presents the results of a study of white rats (n = 70) cyto- and myeloarchitectonics of their cerebral cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, amygdaloid complex and hypothalamus after severe craniocerebral trauma (SCCT) in Noble and Collip drum in the course of 30 days. The research was conducted in a morpholog- ical laboratory of Institute of Veterinarian Medicine and Biotechnologies of Omsk SAU and in Central Research Laboratory of Omsk State Medical University. Group I consisted of the animals (control group, n = 25) without epileptic convulsion attacks, group II - of the animals (main group, n = 25) with different clinical manifestations of reduction in the threshold of CRB. It was revealed that between the timings of the post-traumatic periods, groups and the studied sections of the brain there were statistically significant differences. The low threshold of the CRB after injury was associated with a high content of reactive modified neurons, TNDN deficit, the in- crease in the density of glial cells (Spearman correlation analysis, logistic regression). The obtained data testified the characteristics of responses at SCCT of neurons in different parts of the brain and the impact of the CRB level in the post-traumatic period on neuron’s structural and functional state.
