Shipbuilding novels of the organization of military judicial bodies of the Russian Federation

The article presents the justification, essence and content of shipbuilding novelties of the organization and activities of such a link of the judicial system as military courts of the Russian Federation. A brief analysis of the objectives of the creation and activities of the Appellate and Cassation Military Courts as courts for appealing against court decisions issued by military courts in the first instance and not conceded, as well as entered into legal force, is carried out.
