Supervision in vocational training of social workers

The article deals with the essence, content and resources of supervision in the system of social education. Supervision is presented as a system, a form, a method and a means of the organization of professional development of social workers. The author considers the possibilities of its application in the development of social workers' readiness to interact efficiently with clients and formation of their motivation for self-improvement, self-development and self-fulfillment.
