The nature and the forms of legal awareness autonomy in the sociocultural context

The article studies relationship of the nature and the forms of manifestation of the legal consciousness autonomy. Axiological comprehension of the effective law is considered as the essence of the legal awareness. The author describes following forms of the legal consciousness autonomy: tradition, interaction of the legal consciousness with other forms of consciousness, presence of the ethnic component in the legal consciousness. It is concluded that there is a dialectic correlation of the nature and the forms of legal consciousness manifestation, which requires further study.
