Essence and normative legal regulation of currency control in the Russian Federation

The paper considers the legal framework for the regulation of financial transactions in the field of currency control in the Russian Federation. One of the main ways to implement the state's monetary policy is foreign exchange control. To support the equilibrium of the balance of payments, state currency regulation is necessary. Currency control is a financial and legal institution, which includes a set of financial and legal norms and methods for exercising currency control.
