Essence and features of civil procedural evidence

The article is devoted to the consideration of the essence of civil proceedings and the process of proof as an institution within the civil procedure branch of law. The methods of obtaining evidence, as well as the procedure for obtaining them from the point of view of the normative provisions of the Civil procedure code of the Russian Federation, are highlighted. The stages of judicial evidence in the consideration and resolution of civil cases are given, as well as the features of each stage in terms of making a legal and reasonable court decision in civil proceedings are disclosed.
