The essence and structure of communicative functional literacy of primary schoolchildren

The article characterizes the essence and structure of the communicative functional literacy of primary schoolchildren. The authors have identified the following components of this pedagogical category: informational - knowledge of the norms of the Russian language and the rules of communication; reflexive - the ability to "put oneself in the place of the interlocutor"; need-motivational - awareness of the social and personal significance of the act of communication; procedural - possession of monologue and dialogic speech in the process of communication in society.
