This article addresses the pressing issue of the need for a comprehensive approach to restoring the body's functional capacity and professional performance of Ministry of Internal Affairs employees after significant physical exertion. A comprehensive analysis of the primary rehabilitation tools and methods used in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system after physical exertion is conducted. The article examines the theoretical foundations of the rehabilitation process, including its essence and multifaceted significance, scientific and regulatory principles, physiological and pedagogical stages of recovery, effectiveness criteria, and departmental specifics. The tools and methods used are examined in terms of their mechanisms of action, indications, and application throughout the recovery phases. Particular attention is paid to the principles of integrating the studied methods into a unified system regulated by Ministry of Internal Affairs Order No. 429.
