This article provides an overview of subsystems and elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Various approaches to understanding the organizational and economic mechanism are revealed, its essence and impact on the functioning of the enterprise are determined. A critical analysis of the foreign trade management model consisting of interconnected subsystems is carried out.
