Essential aspects of the management policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of strengthening service discipline and legality among the personnel

The article presents an analysis of certain aspects of personnel policy in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan, devoted to the problem of strengthening official discipline in the specified law enforcement institution. Identifying the most significant strategic provisions aimed at educating the «soldiers of law and order» a sense of discipline, the author focuses on the importance of forming an informed attitude in each employee towards the conscientious fulfillment of his mission, contributing to the progress of Tajik society.
