The connection between parenting style and social creativity in the context of personality professionalization

This article describes the peculiarities of social creativity among students of such specialties as designers and human resource managers. The research reveals that the social creativity of designers is higher than that one of human resources managers who focus on social norms and can experience difficulties in their idea implementation. The article specifies the leading parenting styles for designers and human resource managers. The author proves the connection between parenting styles and social creativity of the personality among designer students.
