The aim of the study was to evaluate the possibilities of T2*- perfusion in determining residual fragments of glial tumors in the brain of patients after surgical treatment. We analyzed MRI data with perfusion imaging of 34 patients with high malignancy gliomas (Grade III, Grade IV) in the subacute postoperative period. In 31 patients, postoperative signs of residual tumor tissue were found. The leading indicators of MR perfusion were CBV (cerebral blood volume), CBF (cerebral blood flow) as well as the evaluation of the approximating intensity/time curve.
