Bloom's taxonomy is known worldwide in psychology and pedagogy as a technology for evaluating intellectual development level of school students. Its efficiency has been practically proved for higher school as well as for in-house professional training. A tool to increase the efficiency of student (staff) training is proposed: Bloom's taxonomy used as 'two-in-one'.
