Tactical management concerning actives of not-state pension fund

One of the basic problems of not-state provision of pensions - the prevention of depreciation of pension reserves on the basis of increase of a management efficiency by actives of not state pension funds (NPF) is considered. Managerial process by investment portfolio NPF is analysed and the conceptual scheme of tactical management which are based redistribution of actives at a level of classes of financial tools is offered. Efficiency of introduction of the control system developed on the basis of the given concept is shown, and is drawn a conclusion on expediency of its use at investment of pension reserves.
