Tactics and general rules for personalization of a person for identification with participation of minor-year

In this article, the issues of tactics of conducting investigative actions relevant to forensic science, namely, the presentation of a person for identification with the participation of a minor, are considered. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the order and subject composition of this investigative action. Special attention is paid to the issue of legal regulation and the allocation on its basis of the specificity of presentation for identification with the participation of a minor.
