Tactics of complex treatment of children who have been repeatedly operated concerning developmental anomalies of the colon and anorectal area

In this article provided analysis of inspection and treatment of 128 children who have addressed in our clinic with complaints to unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment on developmental anomalies of colon and anorectal area. Applications of a statistical technique - multiple log regression analysis in an assessment of complaints and conditions of this group of children allowed to differentiate indications to conservative rehabilitation therapy and repeated surgical treatment on the basis of nosologically specific assessment of quality of life. In group of prolonged stoma carriers children indications to perform resection of narrowed part of the colon on the basis of irrigo-and angiographic researches are defined. High efficiency of continuous internet monitoring and remote assessment of condition of our patients with correction of complex rehabilitation procedures in real time is confirmed.
