Tactics of conducting a search in a home at the working stage

The author examines some features of the tactics of conducting a search in a home at the working stage. The algorithm of the investigator is considered if the searched person wants his own lawyer to come to the search. Attention is paid to the observation of the searched person's facial expressions, the analysis of the timbre of his voice and the nature of speech. The mechanisms of ensuring a unified management of the investigative action are noted, a question is formulated that will create a favorable psychological climate for the investigation. According to the author, it is precisely following the tactics of conducting a search in a dwelling that makes it possible to exclude the occurrence of irremediable doubts, to strengthen the evidence base as a whole.
